SUBSOIL PIPE

AGFLO FLEXIBLE PIPE

Agflo is a corrugated subsoil pipe available in Class 400 & Class 1000 grades.
Both types are available in plain, slotted & socked.
Various diameters available include 65mm, 100mm & 160mm.

SHEETDRAIN

TERRADRAIN SHEETDRAIN

Terradrain is a dimpled plastic sheet that provides effective drainage and waterproof membrane protection on foundation walls and ohter underground structures. The integrated non-woven geotextile covering the dimples provents soil particles blocking the drainage sheet, creates an air gap for reliable ventilation and allows inflow and with its dimple structure effectively captures and transports high water volumes and resists high loads from earth and formwork.

DRAINAGE CELL

VERSICELL DRAINAGE CELL

VersiCell is a 30mm lightweight interlocking plastic structural module used for draining horizontal & vertical structures.
Applications include roof gardens, planter boxes, landscape decks and behind block retaining walls

INFILTRATION TANKS

VERSITANK UNDERGROUND PERCOLATION TANK

VersiTank offer architects, engineers and developers an efficient and effective sub-surface alternative to conventional methods for stormwater management. VersiTanks are easily assembled using lightweight VersiCell modules and VC Stabilizers. VersiTanks enveloped with a permeable geotextile may be used as a soakaway system for rainwater from roofs and other surfaces such as parking areas, driveways, playgrounds and sports areas. VersiTanks enable temporarily stored stormwater to be discharged ito the surrounding soil system. Stormwater is therefore effectively controlled at source and both the quantity of water to be managed and the need to convey stormwater off site are reduced. Assembled units can be connected together to provide sufficient capacity for each application.

TENAX DRAINAGE NETS

LANDFILL

The use of TENAX geocomposites, as leachate collection system, offers important technical advantages in terms of construction simplicity, materials acquisition, slope stability, and resistance against erosion and aging. The economic advantages are substantial when comparing the purchasing and installation costs of an aggregate drainage system with those of the TENAX range of geonets and geocomposites.

TENAX Geosynthetics allow for substantial savings by increasing the volume available for waste disposal due to their lower thickness and for the fact that they allow the construction of much steeper slopes than those made from sand. On the average, savings of 50% are obtainable by using geosynthetics over traditional material.
A leachate collection system is a system of pipes and drainage medium, either a gravel layer or a syntethic layer, designed to capture all leachate and prevent groundwater contamination. Leachate Collection and Removal System (LCRS) shall maintain leachate depths of less than 0.30m.

TENAX geonets and geocomposites are synthetic drain designed to solve the following drainage situations:

CLOSURE of Landfill (landfill capping) for:
Surface Water Collection and Removal System (SWCRS)
Landfill Gas Venting (LFG)

BOTTOM of Landfill for:
Leachate Collection and Removal System (LCRS)
Leak Detection System (LDS)

TENAX TENDRAIN & GNT

TENAX GNT geonets are three-dimensional structures composed of overlaying and intertwined parallel strands that create high capacity flow channels. They are produced by the extrusion of High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) and are therefore resistant to chemical and biological agents normally present in the soil and wastes; they are also stabilized with carbon black for resistance against UV degradation.

TENAX GNT geonets are composed of 3 layers of strands, one arranged longitudinally and two inclined in opposite directions so as to offer the maximum resistance against the intrusion of geotextiles or geomembranes placed on their external surface.
